Tour sales and referrals

Travel professionals, accommodation providers and selected partners may refer guests to our scheduled tours, private programmes and tailor-made Arctic experiences.

Commission arrangements, booking procedures, availability and payment terms are agreed individually and confirmed in writing before the cooperation begins.

Private and customised programmes

We can develop private programmes for individuals, families, groups, photographers, researchers, media teams and specialist travel operators.

Depending on the season and current conditions, programmes may include sightseeing, photography, wildlife observation, hiking, boat experiences, snowmobile guiding, local logistics or scientific and cultural interpretation.

Media, film and production support

Svalbard Photography AS can support film, television, editorial, photographic and commercial productions with local knowledge, planning, transportation, guiding and practical logistics.

Services may include location research, local fixing, transport, safety support, guiding, accommodation coordination, equipment assistance and communication with local suppliers.

Brand and content partnerships

We consider selected partnerships with photography, optics, outdoor equipment and other relevant brands whose products are suitable for professional use in Arctic conditions.

Possible cooperation may include field testing, product photography, editorial content, destination storytelling, presentations or carefully selected visibility within our gallery and communication channels.

How we evaluate partnerships

Each proposed partnership is assessed individually. Relevant factors may include the purpose of the cooperation, target audience, expected workload, operational feasibility, brand compatibility and potential value for both parties.

Sending an enquiry does not automatically create or confirm a partnership. Any cooperation is subject to written agreement.
